NATURAL SUNFLOWER BUTTER – YELLOW CAP

The SunButter with the yellow cap and label is the “Natural Sunflower Butter.” According to SunButter’s website, this is the “fan favorite.”

INGREDIENTS: Roasted Sunflower Seed, Sugar, Salt

TASTE TEST RESULTS: My husband’s favorite

All of the SunButters have a roasted sunflower seed taste, which is delicious and is the substitute that tastes most like peanut butter, in my opinion. This version is the only SunButter option available in our local Wal-Mart and it’s definitely sweeter than the others that do not contain sugar. If you’re used to creamy peanut butter that contains sugar, this will be the closest nut-free alternative.
