I'm Val, an ex-peanut butter lover turned peanut allergy mom when our 1-year-old developed a severe peanut allergy. We've battled allergies, intolerances, + eczema for years. Peanut Free, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Brazil Nut Free, + Soy Free is how we eat. Food allergies led us to homeschool, and we're loving it!
